Elizabeth has focused her career representing adults and juveniles in criminal and civil matters.

While in private practice, Elizabeth has represented juveniles in criminal court. Once a child is charged with a felony, the school he or she is attending is notified and there is a possibility for expulsion. Elizabeth attends Individualized Education Plan meetings, Manifestation hearings, and suspension/expulsion hearings and Sunshine Law appeals before the School Board. It is crucial for a juvenile to have comprehensive representation when charged with a crime as their future depends on it.

Elizabeth has a high success rate at trial. Elizabeth has tried many criminal , civil, and family law cases and won.

Elizabeth worked for the Department of Elder Affairs for two years and understands the intricacies of Medicaid and nursing home placements within the State of Florida. Elizabeth can discuss options for estate planning such as wills, trusts, qualified incomes trusts, and asset protection in order to keep your assets protected.

Adults, Seniors, and children need representation in court and at administrative proceedings to ensure that their rights are protected and preserved.
